Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services

Keystone Digital Publishing Rights provides independent self-publishing support services, which may include editing, formatting, design, audiobook coordination, website development, marketing support, and publication preparation guidance.
We operate as a service provider. We are not a publishing platform, distributor, or retailer. Authors maintain control of their publishing accounts and final submission actions.

2. Author Ownership & Rights

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your manuscript and related materials at all times.
Keystone Digital Publishing Rights does not claim ownership of your content.
All publishing rights, royalties, and account credentials remain under the author’s control.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree that:

• You own or have the legal right to use all materials provided to us
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• You will provide timely feedback and required materials
• You will comply with applicable publishing platform requirements

4. Service Scope & Revisions

Services are delivered according to the written proposal or agreement provided before project initiation.
Revisions are handled within the defined project scope. Additional work beyond scope may require a revised agreement.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees are determined based on service scope and manuscript requirements.
Payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement. Failure to meet payment terms may result in service suspension.
All payments are non-transferable.

6. Portfolio Display

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed design work (such as cover design or formatting samples) in our portfolio for promotional purposes. We will not disclose confidential manuscript content without permission.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We provide structured services and guidance. Publishing outcomes, sales performance, rankings, or platform approvals depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
No guarantees of commercial success or ranking status are made.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Digital Publishing Rights shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or data loss arising from service use.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services according to the conditions outlined in the project agreement. Any work completed prior to termination remains payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
